Knights Series Deep-Ultraviolet Laser Knights-355-4000
The Knights series is Keyun Optoelectronics' independently developed deep-UV picosecond QCW laser. It provides highly stable 355nm, 266nm and other wavelengths at powers up to 4W for demanding industrial applications. Manufactured in a Class 100 cleanroom, the fully sealed head has automatic spot shifting for continuous 7×24-hour operation. Its platform supports higher powers and customized repetition rates, especially for semiconductor inspection.
