NDFB-1550-05-14-PM-XX: 1550nm Polarization-Maintaining Narrow Linewidth DFB Laser

The NDFB-1550-05-14-PM-XX is a high-performance narrow linewidth DFB laser housed in a 14-pin butterfly package, integrated with a built-in monitor photodiode (PD) and thermoelectric cooler (TEC). It is engineered for high-precision fiber sensing, coherent optical communication, microwave photonic signal processing and other applications requiring ultra-stable, low-linewidth light sources.

Operating at 1550nm central wavelength, this laser delivers ultra-narrow spectral linewidth and superior side-mode suppression. Typical linewidth is less than 100kHz, SMSR exceeds 50dB, and RIN reaches -160dB/Hz, with output power ranging from 40mW to 100mW. The polarization-maintaining fiber output guarantees long-term polarization stability. The integrated TEC and PD enable precise temperature regulation and closed-loop power monitoring, ensuring consistent wavelength and power performance across wide operating temperatures with outstanding reliability.

The MSLD-840-04-10 is an 840nm SLD module with TO60 8-pin packaging, equipped with integrated monitor PD and TEC cooling. Featuring broad spectral bandwidth, ultra-low spectral ripple and stable output power, it acts as a core low-coherence light source for numerous optical measurement and imaging systems.

Centered at 840nm, this module achieves a -3dB spectral width ≥45nm, 10mW output power and only 0.3dB spectral ripple. It effectively suppresses coherent noise to boost resolution and measurement accuracy for imaging and sensing equipment. The built-in PD and TEC maintain closed-loop power and temperature stabilization, delivering consistent output performance and long-term operational reliability under diverse working conditions.
