Industrial-grade 0.5W 8500nm Long-wave infrared quantum cascade laser module BM-QCL-8500-05H-AI
The BM-QCL-8500-05H-AI mid-infrared quantum cascade laser module uses advanced quantum-well epitaxy on an InP substrate, a highly reliable ridge waveguide and an FP Fabry–Perot cavity. An integrated optomechanical/electronic design with air cooling is compact, portable, easy to operate and highly reliable for long-term stable use. A visible aiming beam is included. Manual emission control provides status indications, overtemperature alarms, overcurrent protection and emergency stop.
