Dual-Wavelength Femtosecond Laser ISL-DW-20
The ISL-DW series dual-wavelength femtosecond fiber laser is independently developed and manufactured by Aiou Optics for very high stability and reliability. An original intelligent active stabilization system performs comprehensive intelligent recognition of femtosecond pulses and globally optimized laser-parameter control for exceptional stability and interference resistance. Its integrated design offers selectable 1030nm and 515nm outputs, pulse widths <250 fs and single-pulse energy up to 100μJ. Extensive pulse-selection and output-control functions support semiconductor-wafer processing, photovoltaic solar-cell processing, grating writing, optical-waveguide chip processing, polymer processing and surface treatment.
