GHz Series Femtosecond Laser Vibre(GHz)
The GHz series femtosecond laser is independently developed by Keyun Optoelectronics. Based on the mature industrial Vibre product, adjustable GHz bursts improve processing efficiency and expand applications. GHz ultrahigh repetition rates are combined with excellent power stability and beam quality, providing a valuable tool for consumer electronics, semiconductor manufacturing, medical equipment and frontier research. Conventional femtosecond lasers emit individual pulses at a fixed frequency. In a GHz configuration, output consists of bursts, each containing a specified number N of equally spaced subpulses with nanosecond spacing. Users can set subpulse count and edit burst shape for high flexibility.
