The LG1000 dual-frequency laser series uses proprietary Zeeman-birefringent dual-frequency technology. Frequency difference can be customized from 1~20MHz without limiting output power. It avoids nonlinear error caused by converting circular to linear polarization and has broad potential in ultraprecision processing and lithography metrology.
