BFL-ACW1200-2 Storm Series Fiber Laser
The BFL-ACW1200-2 belongs to BWT's Storm series of air-cooled fiber lasers. It adopts a brand-new heat dissipation structure and powerful fans, delivering superior cooling performance and highly stable operation. Its compact and simple appearance design provides greater freedom for laser equipment design, with higher rationality and integration level. This air-cooled laser offers excellent beam quality, allowing the laser beam to be focused close to the diffraction limit for precision machining. Both continuous-wave (CW) and modulated operation modes are selectable, greatly reducing the heat-affected zone during processing. With reliable performance and a modular all-fiber design, all optoelectronic components are sealed inside a rugged enclosure. It is widely used in precision welding, handheld welding, and sheet metal processing, and can process various steels, aluminum-based and nickel-based alloys, titanium alloys, and alumina ceramics.
