The BWT Thunder 40kW fiber laser CWX-40000 delivers excellent beam quality, allowing the laser beam to be focused close to the diffraction limit for precision processing. It offers both continuous-wave (CW) and modulated operating modes, which greatly reduce the heat-affected zone during processing. Featuring reliable performance and a modular all-fiber design, all optical and electronic components are sealed inside a rugged enclosure that can withstand harsh industrial application conditions. It is widely used for processing various steels, aluminum-based and nickel-based alloys, titanium alloys, and alumina ceramics.
