The TOPTICA Group is headquartered in Grafelfen, near Munich, Germany. Based on this, we have grown into a family of photonics experts from around the world and have established further research and production bases in Rochester, New York, USA, and Bordeaux, Nouveau-Aquitaine, France. In addition, we have also established a global sales service network and cooperation system, such as TOPTICA Japan companies located in Tokyo and Osaka, and TOPTICA China companies located in Beijing and Shanghai. What is our core business? We develop and manufacture high-end laser systems for scientific discovery and industrial innovation. From semiconductor lasers and fiber lasers to amplifiers and frequency conversion technologies, we focus on providing high-quality photonic solutions.

As a group, we cover many important aspects of the photonics value chain. This started with the in-house design of laser diodes by TOPTICA EAGLEYARD, a member of the Group since 2013. We work closely with partners in the crystal and fiber fields to ensure seamless synergy of laser systems. Our business scope extends to many cutting-edge projects, such as building artificial guide stars for the world's largest astronomical telescopes in TOPTICA PROJECTS, and developing optical quantum clocks that can redefine time measurement. TOPTICA Group can provide a variety of photonics solutions from "rare earth elements to sodium guide stars".
