600mW 980nm Pump laser module with FBG
These lasers pump erbium-doped fiber amplifiers (EDFA). The fiber-coupling process provides high output power with excellent time and temperature stability while substantially reducing TEC and total power consumption. A fiber Bragg grating improves wavelength and power stability and maintains wavelength locking despite drive-current, temperature and optical-feedback changes. Output power reaches 600 milliwatts.
