The OC6XX series are industrial-grade 14-pin hermetic butterfly SLED modules covering 1310nm and 1550nm mainstream bands. Featuring broad spectrum, low spectral ripple and low polarization dependence, they serve as standard broadband light sources for fiber optic gyroscopes, OCT medical imaging and optical test systems.

OC655 Series 1550nm SLED Butterfly Light Source

The OC655-1550 adopts standard 14-pin hermetic butterfly package with integrated TEC cooler, thermistor and monitoring circuit. Typical output power reaches 1mW, max up to 2mW.
