Orion Ring-Beam Continuous-Wave Fiber Laser Orion 10000-5+5
Dake Laser's Orion ring-beam CW fiber laser produces dual spot-and-ring beams. The central beam can use a high-power pure fundamental-mode optical module, overcoming a series of challenges in fabricating ring fibers and combiners for a fundamental-mode center beam. It supports three operating states: independent central fundamental-mode output, independent outer-ring output and composite-beam output. The series suppresses weld-pool spatter while greatly increasing welding efficiency. It also retains Dake products' distinctive resistance to high back-reflection, enabling prolonged, stable processing of highly reflective metals such as copper and aluminum. The Orion ring-beam series is a preferred laser-welding choice for new-energy batteries and other applications.
