NH03 Medium-Power Ultraviolet Nanosecond Laser NWUV-355-10W
The NH03 medium-power UV nanosecond laser integrates semiconductor pumping, acousto-optic Q-switching, stable efficient harmonic conversion and precision temperature control for short pulses <18ns and excellent stability. Industrial-standard engineering and rigorous thermal cycling, shock and vibration tests ensure power stability and long-term reliability under complex conditions. Typical output is 355nm, repetition rate is 50-150kHz and maximum power is 20W. Precision micromachining applications include polymer surface modification, sapphire/glass microstructure etching and carbonization-free cutting of multilayer PCB/FPC boards, with significant advantages in semiconductor packaging and new-energy device manufacturing.
