This single-piece quartz half-wave plate features ultra-thin wafer design and outstanding laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT), serving as core polarization control element for 355nm UV optical paths.

PBS1325-515-532: Glue-Free Polarizing Beam Splitter Cube for Green Lasers

Optimized for 515~532nm Green Laser LiDAR & Precision Metrology

25.4mm standard PBS cube adopts UV fused silica optical contact bonding without organic glue, eliminating glue burning & delamination under high laser power.

  1. Glue-free optical contact construction, high LIDT >5 J/cm² @1064nm, compatible with CW & pulsed green lasers;
  2. Ultra-high extinction ratio Tp/Ts >1000 for pure polarization separation; Tp>95%, Rs>99%;
  3. AR coating on all four outer surfaces, dedicated PBS polarizing coating on bonding face, beam deviation only 3 arcminutes;
  4. Wavefront error <λ/4, dimension tolerance ±0.2mm, consistent mass production performance, RoHS compliant.
