Laser Wavelength Tester
Laser wavelength detector: 2048 CMOS detection pixels measure the center wavelength of lasers anywhere from 200 - 1100nm. Integrating-sphere diameters of 25mm, 38mm and 50mm are available. The software tests laser power stability and center-wavelength drift. The figure below shows center-wavelength variation over 10 hours, with a deviation of approximately 0.1nm. Another figure shows that, just after startup, the TEC temperature controller has not reached its ideal state, so intensity is not very stable and optical output power fluctuates slightly.
