Electron Gun Scanner 10B (CKY-10B)
The CKY-10B electron gun scanner (hereinafter referred to as the scanner) is the scan control power supply newly developed by our company specifically for electron guns. The scanner cleverly combines analog and digital circuits and has an RS232 (or RS485) communication interface, enabling communication with a computer and playing an indispensable role in realizing automatic control of coating equipment. The manual operator of this controller is currently the most technologically advanced intelligent manual operator in China; it is connected to the main unit via the serial bus I2C, and operates reliably and safely. The operation is more user-friendly, making operations that were impossible with the previous generation of instruments a reality. In manual control mode, this controller can memorize the beam spot position and size, and can optionally store different waveforms and different frequencies. The user-friendly design of the manual operator buttons makes operating the scanner easy and effortless.
