OPLD-0500 Narrow Pulse Laser Driver Module

Optimized for LiDAR, 3D Scanning & High-Speed Fiber Sensing

The OPLD-0500 is a sub-nanosecond pulsed laser controller integrating constant pulse current drive and high-precision TEC temperature control circuits. All core parameters including pulse width, repetition frequency, operating temperature and LD current can be configured via LCD touch screen or host computer software, tailored for high-speed, high-precision pulsed laser applications.

This module delivers minimum 500ps narrow pulses with rise/fall times below 300ps, maximum LD output current up to 500mA, and repetition frequency ranging from 100Hz to 10MHz to match different ranging accuracy and scanning frame rate requirements. The built-in TEC supports 15~35℃ temperature regulation with stability of ±0.05℃, maintaining consistent laser wavelength and output power for industrial and laboratory applications.

This series delivers extreme current and temperature precision: current noise is lower than 500nArms, and 24-hour long-term current drift is less than 100μA to eliminate noise interference on measurement sensitivity. Temperature resolution reaches 0.001℃, with 24-hour thermal stability as low as 0.001℃. Digital PID algorithm enables precise laser wavelength locking. The module supports DC~10MHz modulation bandwidth for sine, triangle and square wave signals. A standard butterfly fixture allows fast laser replacement to boost R&D and testing efficiency.
