Laser Interferometer
The Kylin MX interferometer measurement software is used for mechanical phase-shifting interferometers, integrating high-precision phase-shifting algorithms to measure and analyze the surface figure of optical elements. Surface figure data display functions: surface figure peak-to-valley (PV), root mean square (RMS) results, Zernike polynomial fitting, filtering analysis and aberration analysis functions, which can meet the surface figure data processing requirements of different users.
