Electric gripper combined with vacuum adsorption automatically clamps the lens, with precisely controllable position and clamping force. 4. Dual-channel chromatic confocal displacement sensors automatically measure the plane angles of the LENS and PCBA and automatically level them. 5. LENS position height is controllable. 6. Optional TEC water-cooled temperature-controlled stage.
