Thunder 100kW Fiber Laser CWX-100000
The BWT Thunder 100kW fiber laser (model CWX-100000) delivers outstanding beam quality, allowing the laser beam to be focused close to the diffraction limit for precision processing. It offers both continuous-wave (CW) and modulated working modes, which greatly reduce the heat-affected zone during processing. Built with a reliable modular all-fiber design, all optoelectronic components are sealed inside a rugged industrial enclosure that can withstand harsh application conditions. The laser provides 100000W output power at 1080±10nm with excellent power stability (<±1.5% in 2h), a 200μm fiber core, QF/QF-D output connector, power adjustable from 10% to 100%, and a maximum modulation frequency of 5kHz. It can process various steels, aluminum-based and nickel-based alloys, titanium alloys, alumina ceramics and more.
