50W Infrared Femtosecond Laser Spinel 1030-50ES
The Spinel 1030-50ES is a 50W infrared femtosecond laser developed by Tianjin BWT Laser Technology Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of Beijing BWT Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. Operating at a center wavelength of 1030±2nm with a repetition rate of 1-100KHz, it delivers ultrashort pulses of less than 550fs and a maximum single pulse energy of 500μJ at 100KHz. Featuring near-diffraction-limited TEM00 beam quality (M²<1.30), 90% spot roundness, vertical polarization (100:1), power stability <3.0% rms and pulse energy stability <2.0% rms, the laser is engineered for high-precision industrial micromachining. The compact, water-cooled enclosure (L731.5×W495×H206mm) runs on 220VAC power, requires only 20 minutes of warm-up, and offers intelligent real-time monitoring with a simple control interface for easy integration. All specifications are tested at a stabilized ambient temperature of 25°C±0.1°C, and the laser should be stored and operated under non-condensing conditions.
