20W 20μJ Infrared Femtosecond Laser BFL-1030-20L
The BFL-1030-20L is a 20W, 20μJ infrared femtosecond laser developed by Tianjin BWT Laser Technology Co., Ltd., a national high-tech enterprise founded in 2017 and a holding subsidiary of Beijing BWT Photonics Technology Co., Ltd. Operating at a center wavelength of 1030±2nm with a pulse width of 300fs and a repetition rate adjustable from 1Hz to 1000kHz, this ultrafast laser delivers a maximum single pulse energy of 20μJ@1MHz with excellent power stability (2.0% rms) and near-diffraction-limited beam quality (TEM00, M²<1.30). Featuring a compact enclosure of L728×W345×H163.5mm, water cooling, vertical polarization with a 100:1 polarization ratio, intelligent real-time monitoring and a simple control interface, the laser is engineered for low-cost, maintenance-free industrial operation. It is ideally suited for high-precision micromachining tasks such as OLED screen cutting and drilling, glass, ceramic and sapphire processing, semiconductor cutting, thin film cutting, micro-nano fabrication and precision marking.
