LGX PLC Optical Splitter
The LGX PLC optical splitter is made of quartz substrate material and uses planar waveguide technology. It is mainly used in passive optical network (PON) systems to achieve optical signal splitting and is one of the most important passive devices in the network. HYC's LGX PLC optical splitter is available in 1xN, 2xN, and MxN configurations, meeting the needs of multiple units. Compared with FBT (fused biconical taper) splitters, PLC has no wavelength dependence, and the splitting ratio is uniform, with high reliability and compact size. It is widely used in local area networks, data centers, and FTTX applications.
