CLBO
CLBO (cesium lithium borate, CsLiB₆O₁₀) is a new nonlinear crystal with a broad transparency range (175~2800nm), a high nonlinear coefficient 2.2 times that of KDP, and a small walk-off angle. It has a high laser damage threshold of up to 26GW/cm² and a frequency-doubling conversion efficiency of up to 60% (SHG). It can operate at room temperature and is particularly suitable for producing 4w (266nm) and 5w (213nm) harmonic output from Nd:YAG lasers. It can also be used for ultraviolet parametric generation (OPG) and parametric amplification (OPA).
