Inkjet Printing UVLED Line-Light Curing Equipment LP15008
Applications: Digital printers, label printers, LCD-frame UV adhesive curing and UV tunnels. Since2008, Lanpulik has developed patented COB UV LED packaging and DC-DC drive modules. Printing expertise and invention-patented technologies improve stability/reliability, with life>15000hours, distinctive air ducts and easy installation/maintenance. Three inkjet UVLED line-source series cover small flatbeds to high-speed roll-to-roll single-PASS printing. Patented air-cooled sources use standardized modules/aviation plugs, PLC0~24V control, 0~10V analog energy control, ON/OFF and optional485, 232 or PWM, with 365, 385, 395, 405 wavelength choices. As an early Chinese digital-printer UVLED manufacturer, it offers the complete range. Conventional LEDUV inks show odor, toxic residues and poor film adhesion as uses expand. Cationic digital inks offer low viscosity, no odor, no toxic residue and wider substrate compatibility. Ink types include paper, film, temperable-glass and metal/sinterable ceramic-glaze digital inks. Furniture paints are also listed. LED UV sources with built-in drivers: LP7508, LP15008, LP22508. Wavelength options:365nm, 385nm, 395nm, 405nm.
