XNY-T6 Rotating Sensor Probe (Six Probes)
The rotating sensor head is used in demanding coating processes involving very thick films and multiple materials. Advantages: 1. Six crystals are placed in a thermally shielded, water-cooled tray to maintain excellent performance at ambient temperatures up to 300°C. 2. Pneumatic indexing of six crystal positions uses purely mechanical positioning with good repeatability and no cumulative error, with an in-position detection switch signal. 3. Easy installation, with main-body size Φ72 and customizable vacuum interface and insertion length. 4. Imported integrated MICRODOT TO BNC connector. 5. Replacing six crystals at once improves productivity and supports deposition of thicker films. 6. Rugged, durable construction with a complete 304 steel cylindrical housing.
