MWS-3515HVF Manual High-Vacuum Gas-Fill Energy-Storage Seam Sealer MWS-3515LV
This equipment welds bases and caps of TO and square packages in optoelectronic communications and sensors that require special-gas filling under vacuum (fen gas and qi gas). Welding takes place in a sealed nitrogen glovebox. Parts are manually loaded between upper/lower electrodes, the sealing chamber closes, and the vacuum system reaches ≤100pa and ≤1.010-3. Gas backfilling cycles to the set value, then pressure and current complete welding. Finished products are manually removed to storage.
