MIS-1020 Manual Parallel Seam Welder
This equipment performs hermetic seam welding on larger packages such as rectangular microelectronic devices, optoelectronic devices and flat metal housings. The cover is manually aligned with the package base and placed on the tray worktable. Pressing "Start" initiates tack welding and roller welding using the selected program and welding conditions.
