ATS-2889HV Automatic Vision Transistor Seam Sealer
This equipment welds TO bases and caps for optoelectronic communications and sensors in a sealed nitrogen glovebox. An automatic tray handler moves base/cap trays into position; separate robots simultaneously pick and load them between upper/lower electrodes. Pressure and current complete welding, followed by automatic transfer to finished-product storage. Vision and mechanical positioning switch freely to improve utilization. A transistor power supply provides broad compatibility, precision and consistent packaging quality.
