AIS-2030PS Automatic Vision-Guided Parallel Seam Welder
This equipment hermetically seam-welds larger rectangular microelectronic/optoelectronic packages and flat metal housings. Two package trays sit on the worktable. A robot picks a cover and aligns it above the housing. Housing vision adjusts angle, while cover vision captures dimensions; an algorithm precisely aligns and tacks the cover. Roller welding then automatically completes X/Y seams in a sealed nitrogen glovebox. Name: automatic vision parallel seam welder. Model: AIS-2030PS.
