Sapphire
Sapphire Sapphire has good light transmittance in the 0.20 ~ 5.50μm band and is an ideal laser and infrared optical material, widely used in endoscopes, watch crystals, optical lenses, surface acoustic wave devices, infrared windows, filters, high/low temperature observation windows, photon beauty instrument windows, etc., and can provide coating services such as anti-reflection coatings, high-reflection coatings, dielectric coatings, filter coatings, and metallization. Sapphire is also an ideal material for integrated circuit substrates and epitaxial substrates such as GaN and GaAs. Main products include round wafers, oval wafers, oblique round wafers, stepped window wafers, etc. Product advantages: high sensitivity; scratch resistance, wear resistance; good optical transmittance; extremely high surface hardness and chemical resistance, not prone to corrosion and deliquescence; transmission wavelength range covers ultraviolet to mid-infrared.
