Meniscus lens
A meniscus lens has one concave surface and the other convex surface; its focal length can be positive or negative. A meniscus lens can correct aberrations, is usually used as a corrective lens and can also be used as a condenser in an illumination system, and an appropriate thickness can be selected to eliminate chromatic aberration.
