Overview
The mirror integrated tester is a fully automated optical performance parameter test instrument; non-invasive measurements achieve measurements of single lenses or lenses (optical systems); measurement software automatically locates the optimal focal area by receiving and analysing images to control motion modules; ensures precision while freeing the operator to the greatest extent possible; and its measurements are more objective. The system is equipped with effective focal and eccentric measurement modules; effective focal and eccentric measurements can be performed for single lenses or lens groups; the system is equipped with high precision straight-line rasters; precise reading of the moving distance of the head of the measurement is read; fast and high accuracy measurements of the contour radius, the post-focus cut-off distance and the French range are achieved; equipment is equipped with MTF testing modules; high MTF precision tests can be performed on axle lenses or lens groups; the system is also equipped with a single-key measurement module; a one-key eccentric measurement of the lens group and air spacing can be measured. The above measurements can be saved directly and automatically; they can also be independently made into a high-speed, high-precision, non-exposure lens centre thickness (spacing) test. In addition to the applications mentioned above, the mirror integrated tester can also be extended to cover needs. Scattered, non-spherical lens centre measurements, column lens focal length measurements, column mirror centre bias measurements, lens centre thickness high accuracy measurements, etc
