Overview
The Venus-E8T200 automated coupling system is an autonomous, low-cost, high-performance smart device developed and produced by Hangzhou Qilong Technologies Ltd. for the use of co-axis amplifiers. The system uses optimized algorithms; under conditions that guarantee light performance; improves light speed; and can effectively improve the productivity of plant producers. The test software is displayed through visualized images; the accuracy and clarity of the alignment of the device; and user-friendly access. The system applies to the production of multi-axis amplifiers (e. g. E8T connectors); a large number of services have already been provided to a wide range of producers. Accompanying the amplification of the axis with Venus-E8T200 using the type of interruption (I. L.); using high stabilization input light source and power meters; monitoring and feedback plugs in real time to reconcile the relative position of the plug and lens; and thus automatically achieving the search for the best points of the interruption. The equipment consists of a combination of the main equipment, light source, multichannel power meter, glue, control box and computer. The main subject of the coupling equipment consists of the site switching and high-precision slider, integrated packagings, heating temperature control systems, electrical control systems, two-way imaging systems, and spot-blocking systems. Among them; light source and power meter providing plug-in feedback and real-time transmission to computer-end software; software sending instructions to the control box through analysis and judgement; control equipment subject making position adjustments; and a range of operations, such as device coupling and spot-blocking. The equipment control box and the computer are connected through RS232; the equipment master and equipment control box is connected by a dedicated air link. Light-source output end-to-end standard line; other end of the debugging line access power meter probe; thus, the entire chain plugging is monitored. Combining systems; light source uses 850 nm of a multi-model VCSEL (all known as the Vertical Cavity Launching Laser) light source; the light source provides a stable light source output for the entire system. The computer mainframe installed coupling software; and the optical system and control box for the main device was controlled through the data line. The device is running; the software automatically records a series of parameters of the coupling device; contains the product name; the serial number; the plug-in; the image, etc. User-friendly follow-up management and process management. The main equipment for the lens amplifier-arranged direct-conforming system consists of a double-space toggle high-precision slider, integrated clamp; heat heating control system, electrical control system, two-way imaging system, spot-blocking system and manual control system
