TFC-600 Large-Diameter Fiber Cleaver
I. Features: 1. Cleaves fibers with cladding diameters from 125μm to 600μm. 2. A sharp, durable American diamond blade is easy to replace/adjust. Each point makes over 3000 cleaves under normal use, depending on cladding material; theoretically 10 positions per blade are available. 3. Tension-and-scribe cleaving produces flat, low-angle faces, averaging <0.5°. Imported motors and precision guides control tension to 0.01kgf for repeatable, consistent cleaves. 4. Removable fiber holders provide accurate location/clamping, with matching holders for different core diameters and easy replacement. 5. A handheld 3.5-inch HD touchscreen editor clearly displays an intuitive interface for editing/storing TFC-600 parameters and selecting stored programs for different fibers.

Huaya Intelligent's dual-track AA equipment is one of its most mature and representative products, developed for AD AS cameras and ultrahigh-definition 800W camera modules. Traditional AA equipment uses either the Sensor or Lens as a reference and aligns the other while maintaining equipment precision. Previous processes can cause the reference part to differ substantially from the system optical axis. Higher pixel counts, especially the longer EFL of ADAS cameras, make differences between theoretical and actual axes more critical. The dual-adjustment-stage system uses high-precision coordinated adjustment to establish the optimum Sensor plane and correct the Lens for best image sharpness and optical axis. Parallel dual tracks improve both alignment precision and speed, with particular advantages for automotive ADAS modules.
