The P1130 single-axis scanning module is based on a single-axis scanning module designed for MEMS microimmons. It is internalized into a micromonoscopy drive, control and location detection function; and ensures that micromonoscopy works at high speed and stability. Capable of real-time output of microimplitude angles; and supporting users to configure the scanning angle of microimplitudes and the interval of angles to mark pulses according to application requirements
