Overview
The Venus-PMTurner multi-core adjustment equipment is a high-precision facility developed, designed and produced by Hangzhou Zilong Technologies Ltd. on its own. The equipment consists of 12 independent electrical adjustment systems; it can be adjusted by cat eyes for 12 fiber-optics. A dedicated software operating system, developed independently by the company; unique automated image recognition techniques; stress areas that allow accurate judgement of fiber-optics; automatic fiber-optic switching and automatic focus technology; and the ability to adjust mono-optics on a sequential basis. The software interface, Venus-PMTurner, uses the specialized operating software developed and designed by Hangzhou Zilong Technologies Ltd. on its own. The software is simple; it is easy to handle; new staff need simple training to be fully mastered. High automation of software; one-key operation; no human intervention required. The software can be based on high-resolution imaging; automatically and accurately identify the angle of the cat eye; and complete the automatic focus-on axis. When used; user can freely define the direction of the fast and slow axis of the cat eye; it can also define the qualifying range of the angle. 2. Medium-altitude rotor electric machines; medium-altitude rotaters; step drives with high-segregation; precision regulation that can achieve a single step 0.1°. Test the angle of the cat's eye in real time; adjust it; until the angle is close to zero. 3. Automatic dot-gel system 1) multi-directional mobile cylinders; multiple degrees of freedom of movement can be achieved. 2) The introduction of high-precision digital point glue systems; it allows accurate control of glue throughput. 3) The introduction of automatically controlled UV lamps; automatic UV exposure after the completion of the point glue. 4. Digital imaging system 1) The use of the Japanese Skull River Precision High-precision Slider; the integration of a high-division drive with the Eastern motor; and the achievement of automatic focus and fiber-optic conversion. 2) Using 5 million pixels of high-resolution digital cameras in the Haikcon or Da-hwa; presenting cat-eye effects clearly. 3) Focus and switch fibers up to 0.5um. 4) Integrating multiple lighting models; compatible with demand for products. 5. MT fiber-optic holding and bearing 1) high accuracy positioning devices; can be closely secured and positioned for MT12 cores. 2) The front end uses fiber-optic limit devices; ensures as much distance as possible; and reduces focus. 3) The back end uses a limited slot; allows fiber-optic activity in the slot; and reduces the impact of stress. 6. Automatic fiber transfer systems 1) employ a sector-distributed automatic fiber transfer device. 2) Independent control of each device; closed-ring regulation judged on a real-time basis. 3) Use of medium-altitude rotary power; easy for fiber optics to pass; avoidance of deviation
