Potassium titanyl phosphate (KTiOPO4, KTP) is an excellent frequency-doubling crystal with a large nonlinear optical coefficient, large acceptance angle and small walk-off angle, wide temperature and spectral bandwidth, high electro-optic coefficient and low dielectric constant, large figure of merit, no deliquescence, and stable chemical and mechanical properties. Crystals up to 20×20×40 mm^3 and up to 60 mm in length can be provided.
