System Introduction The WDM filter automatic testing machine mainly uses high-precision stepper motors with collimators to align light on the filter, then uses a broadband light source (or TLS tunable light source) and an optical spectrum analyzer (or spectrometer) for scanning tests, and finally classifies and screens based on test results. The machine is mainly used for testing CWDM/DWDM/CCWDM and other filters, providing coating manufacturers or enterprises needing filter testing with a complete set of fully automatic test solutions for rapid product inspection. Main Functions Key Features 1. The fixture uses a 20*20 matrix panel for loading; the machine automatically aligns light from the first piece without any human intervention, testing all 400 pieces of material. 2. Each piece automatically calculates various spectrum parameters, automatically marks unqualified products, and automatically grades and classifies by bandwidth (13nm, 14nm, 15nm, etc.). 3. Supports simultaneous transmission and reflection testing, and supports testing of large pieces, small pieces, 0-degree, 13.5-degree and other specifications. 4. Test efficiency: 900pcs/hour.
