Product Function Introduction 1. The machine consists of an automatic slide module, a vision positioning system, an automatic glue dispensing system and a marble vibration isolation system. 2. Uses 4-axis high-precision stepper motors, combined with an ingenious structural design to achieve Box-Lens parallelism. 3. Machine vision improves the accuracy of the Lens coupling position, greatly reducing coupling time and reducing position differences caused by material variations. 4. The system is designed with an automatic Lens pickup function, using Lens Tray loading, replacing 54 pieces of material at a time, achieving off-machine loading. 5. Process-oriented operation achieves compatibility of multiple products: single Lens, dual Lens, single-channel and multi-channel modes. 6. Uses quick-change tooling to reduce loading time. Loading is simple and convenient, and can be done off-machine. 7. The system has a one-key calibration function that can quickly calibrate important component positions such as the glue dispensing needle center and the suction nozzle center. 8. The system is designed with a logically rigorous position system, making the glue dispensing position more precise. The dispensing height accuracy is controllable. The dispensing needle tip is cleaned before each dispensing, and the glue amount can be controlled within 10%. 9. Combined with algorithms, near-far field switching and coupling of collimating Lenses can be achieved. Or combined with coupling algorithms to achieve maximum coupling value, or defocused coupling to the power value range. Scan raw data and test results are saved to the database. 10. A pressure sensor is designed in the direction perpendicular to the PCB to precisely position the vertical coupling distance and prevent machine collision during coupling. 11. The system integrates an automatic glue dispensing function that can perform single-point dispensing or continuous dispensing. 12. Stable structural design, with changes before and after UV within 5%. 13. After manual loading, unattended operation, with one-key operation to automatically complete all processes.
