Gold Film Mirror
It has relatively uniform reflectivity over a wide spectral range. Metal mirrors coated with multilayer protective coatings not only have a wide reflection band, but also high reflectivity and a high damage threshold, while preventing the metal coating from being oxidized or scratched. Protected gold films are highly suitable for the infrared band, with an average reflectivity greater than 96% over the 800nm~20um band, and even greater than 95% beyond 700nm.
