Dielectric-Coated Mirror
Dielectric-coated mirrors provide high reflectivity across different spectral ranges. They are generally sensitive to the angle of incidence; unless otherwise specified, the default angle of incidence is 45°. The most important mirrors in laser technology and basic optics are dielectric mirrors, which consist of multiple thin dielectric coating layers. They exploit the combined reflection effects at the interfaces of different coating layers.
