Structured Light 3D Measurement & Modeling Lens The core projection and imaging optical module for structured light 3D scanners. The projection lens uses a telecentric optical path design to ensure that the projected structured light pattern maintains a consistent magnification across the entire field of view, avoiding reconstruction errors caused by edge distortion; the imaging lens features high resolution and low distortion (distortion <0.1%), capable of clearly capturing the structured light pattern modulated by the object surface. The module is compatible with DLP projection light engines and high-speed industrial cameras, supports multiple encoding strategies such as multi-frequency phase shifting and Gray code, and is widely used in reverse engineering, 3D inspection of industrial parts, 3D modeling of the human body and other fields.
