SWI225SL/SLE
The SWI225SL/SLE sub-micron linear positioning stage is a precision linear positioning stage with high rigidity, high accuracy and sub-micron repeatability, with travels from 50 mm to 200 mm. The entire body is made of 7075-T6 aviation-grade aluminum alloy, optimized through finite element analysis and machined in one piece, effectively avoiding the bending effect caused by the different thermal expansion coefficients of the aluminum base and guideways. The 4th-generation optimized side-sealing structure effectively prevents particles, dust and process debris from entering; an optional positive-pressure air purge system further enhances protection capability and long-term reliability. It provides fast, smooth motion with fast response, short settling time and accurate positioning; the non-preloaded assembly process ensures long-term screw reliability, with low center of gravity, high rigidity, precise guidance, smooth motion and low low-speed climb. It provides a complete single-axis/multi-axis management solution with good compatibility with other CNBHC product series. It comes standard with Servotronix servo motors or Oriental Motor 5-phase stepper motors; 5-phase stepper motors are recommended for high-accuracy applications.
