■ Outstanding protection design The external structure of the ECO_SL/SLE series products prevents chips and dust from entering. The protective cover is made of V0-grade flame-retardant material, allowing normal operation even in relatively harsh working environments. Key structural components have been analyzed and optimized through finite element simulation and machined in one piece by CNC, offering extremely high stability and reliability. ■ Ultra-precision design The ECO_SL/SLE series economy linear translation stages allow the feedback system to be directly coupled to the moving carriage as required; combined with precision ground ball screws and high-precision rolling-friction guideways, the series delivers excellent positioning accuracy, repeatability and mechanical resolution better than 50 nm. ■ Flexible system design The ECO_SL/SLE series features a standardized universal mounting pattern for easy system integration. Two, three or more axes can be easily combined for flexible system design and multi-axis configurations. The ECO_SL/SLE series can also be used for Z-axis drive, and a brake can be added as required for power-off self-locking protection. ■ Economy motion platform Compared with other high-performance CNBHC products, the ECO_SL/SLE series maintains the performance of its core components and high repeatability while also offering high dynamic response. By reducing manufacturing costs, it provides customers with a highly cost-effective low-cost solution.
