■ Exceptional precision positioning capability The SWI225LM Ite IV series sub-micron precision direct drive stage is the latest generation of sub-micron direct drive stages refined through continuous optimization, delivering high accuracy and high dynamic performance. It achieves nanometer-level minimum incremental motion and sub-micron bi-directional repeatability. After linear error compensation, bi-directional repeatability is up to better than 150 nm and positioning accuracy is better than 300 nm. ■ Non-contact direct drive The SWI225LM Ite IV direct drive stage uses a high-efficiency coreless linear motor as the drive element, providing zero-clearance transmission, zero cogging, smooth motion, sub-micron positioning capability and outstanding dynamic response. It is the ideal solution for applications requiring high throughput, high reliability, high performance, precision positioning and quiet operation. ■ Excellent protection capability The SWI225LM Ite IV stage uses a long-life precision linear guideway bearing system combined with a specially designed low-friction side-sealing structure, making the SWI225LM Ite IV series direct drive stage particularly suitable for industrial applications such as high-dynamic laser processing solutions. The side-sealing structure effectively prevents process debris, dust and obvious particles from entering the stage, improving product service life. An optional positive-pressure air purge system further enhances protection, making it the ideal choice for mildly contaminated environments. ■ Good system integration flexibility The SWI225LM Ite IV is designed with many standard features and options. The product is available in multiple models with design travels from 50 mm to 600 mm and speeds up to 2000 mm/s, with a complete single-axis/multi-axis cable management solution, providing ample design flexibility for rapid system development. ■ Cleanroom version The SWI225LM Ite IV is an upgrade of the SWI-LM series sub-micron precision direct drive stage optimized through its fourth iteration. With SP-grade rolling-friction guideways and an integrated side-sealing structure, it is the ideal choice for space-constrained applications that also demand high performance. Through special treatment, the stage can be provided in cleanroom, vacuum and low-temperature versions.
