808nm 70W Fiber-Coupled Semiconductor Laser (Model: K808DA5RN-70.00W)
The K808DA5RN-70.00W is a high-power 808nm fiber-coupled semiconductor (diode) laser from BWT, delivering 70W of output power through a 105μm core / 125μm cladding multimode fiber with 0.22 numerical aperture and an SMA905 connector. Housed in a compact, gold-plated industrial package with integrated mounting holes, it offers a typical electro-optical efficiency of 45%, a slope efficiency of 8W/A and built-in anti-reflection protection for the 1020nm~1200nm band (30dB isolation), making it highly reliable for pumping solid-state lasers (especially Nd:YAG/Nd:YVO4) as well as medical and material processing applications. Optional thermistor and photodiode (PD) monitoring pins are available for closed-loop temperature and power management.
