Overview
The laser system of this equipment uses instantaneous high-energy-density laser to achieve ablation, ablation, and evaporation to achieve the purpose of selective removal of masks or dielectric films, and is used to remove the BSG layer in designated areas of the cell sheet.This equipment supports an automatic loading and unloading system, which can meet the customer's on-site AGV system docking requirements. The flower basket is automatically loaded from the AGV to the loading conveyor belt of the laser equipment. After the silicon wafer is taken out of the flower basket through the automatic picking mechanism, it is directly transported to the laser marking station at the rear end, and then laser marked through CCD visual positioning. The marked silicon wafer is transported to the unloading flower basket via the unloading conveyor belt. When full, it is transported by the conveyor belt to the AGV for on-site docking.
