INFICON CF copper gaskets are manufactured according to ISO 3669 and the latest TS/ISO 3669-2 standards. They are designed for ultra-high vacuum applications with pressures as low as 1 x 10^-12 mbar and baking temperatures up to 400°C.

The metal flange is engraved with the marking 'ST CR / MNS', indicating its compatibility with ST-type connectors.
