600mW 980nm Pump butterfly laser
This pump module uses a planar chip-on-submount structure. The high-power chip is hermetically sealed in an epoxy-free, flux-free 14-pin butterfly package with a thermistor, TEC and monitor diode. FBG stabilization locks the wavelength and provides a noise-free narrowband spectrum despite temperature, drive-current and optical-feedback changes. Wavelength selection supports demanding spectral control and maximum available power. The module meets Telcordia GR-468-CORE requirements.
